We are particularly interested in stress related conditions including, Anxiety, Chronic illness, Autoimmune conditions, Mental Emotional Wellbeing, Women’s health, paediatrics including ear aches, ADHD, digestion and anxiety in children, all things Breath related – poor sleep, poor concentration, overwhelm, asthma, office worker syndrome and entrepreneurial burnout (yes the last two are terms I made up but I see a lot in clinic!).

Using my background in Chinese medicine, martial arts, movement practices, breathwork, aromatherapy, abdominal work, myofascial release, and cold exposure, I bring all my skills and experience to work 1:1, in groups, teams, schools, and workplace professional development. I also develop short courses and programs individualised to your unique background and needs, to help build and cultivate more energy, connection, health and wellbeing and a growth mindset.
